Pick up your bib and swag early at our Packet Pickup Event at Brooks Trailhead. If you’re not able to make it, you can pick up your race packet the morning of the Dick’s-A-Thon.

  • CHECK-IN: Participants can start checking in at 8:30am at the Mountaineers Program Center. Packet Pickup is also available here!

  • The Line Dance Warm-Up is a quick, goofy shake-out at Basecamp led by our line dancers—zero choreography needed, just smiles. It’s a new tradition we started last year and the perfect way to loosen up together. We’ll start about 15 minutes before your challenge’s first heat. Be on alert and bring your dancing shoes. We recommend being out front early so you can jump in and enjoy it.

    • For the Full, we dance 9:45–9:55 AM and Heat 1 starts at 10:00 AM.

    • For the Half, we dance 11:30–11:40 AM and Heat 1 starts at 11:45 AM.

    • For the Victory Lap, we dance 1:15–1:25 PM and Heat 1 starts at 1:30 PM.

  • RUN

    • Full Dick’s-A-Thon heats will be between 10am and 11am.

    • Half Dick’s-A-Thon heats will be between 11:45am and 12:45pm.

    • Victory Lap heats will be between 1:30pm and 2:10pm.

  • CHEER

    • Finish Line Celebration: 2pm to 4pm, presented by Brooks. Cheer on your friends and family as they finish the Dick’s-A-Thon. We’ll bring the music and pompoms; you bring the stoke!

  • HANG

    • Beer Garden: 2pm to 5:30pm, sponsored by Rainier and Best Day Brewing 

    • Still hungry? Jealous of all the burgers your friends got to eat while running? Dick’s Food Truck will be joining us from 2-4pm!

    • Raffle drawing starts at 4:45pm. Each runner will receive 1 raffle ticket with their registration, raffle items will be available for viewing all day at the Mountaineers

    • Closing Remarks: 5PM
